This week has got to be the calmest one I have experienced in a long time! I got lots of reading done, and I got lots of blogging done. I got in my daily meditations and yoga too, so I’m just brimming with contentment at this point.
Maybe it’s because the days are sunny? Maybe I’ve got a seasonal mood that comes and goes, but these sunny days are really lifting up my mood and mental health! Even my dogs agree!

Thank you so much for featuring me in your blog! That truly is so sweet of you!
Also, I absolutely loved Goldfinch, but do agree with you on the lengthiness of the book. I think the same message would have gotten across the same with way less pages. Lol

Sunshine is definitely good for the soul😁 And yoga! Hope you have a good week!
Yes!!! So glad for these sunny and mindful days! 💛
Thank you so much for featuring us in this post!!
I love your content! 😁💛
Thanks again for the shout-out! Sorry I’m just getting to you, we were without power for all of last week and I’m still trying to catch up.
Glad you got your power back! 😁 Must have been such an inconvenience! 😅
It was actually really scary. So many people didn’t have power, we didn’t know if there was going to be anywhere for us to go! I’m thankful it worked out and everyone is okay, though.
