Happy Sunday, readers! Welcome to another Sunday Sum-Up!
Since this week started with me recovering slowly from a migraine bout last week, it was mostly slow with a bigger focus on self-care than really doing anything productive. But a week like this can get me a bit stir crazy by the end of it, so I managed to finish reading a romantic thriller, which I will post a review of next week.
Right now I am reading a high fantasy series debut with loads of Desi rep that is possibly going to get me obsessed about it for months: The Boy with Fire by Aparna Verma. I’m only 25% in but I already recommend it to everyone who would love to see some major South East Asian rep, badass morally grey characters and political intrigue!
Going stir crazy got me back on Netflix and I binged the second season of Never Have I Ever. I really liked how this season expanded beyond the main character Devi to explore more of the rest of the cast! Also, I just loved seeing all the female Desi characters!
That’s all that’s new on my end! I hope you guys had a good week and an even better one coming up! Enjoy this week’s Sunday Sum-Up!
