Happy Sunday, readers! Welcome to another Sunday Sum-Up!
This past week has been nothing but gloomy skies and endless rain in my little corner of the world. During the sunny days of last month, I kept wishing for this weather but now that it has been here for almost a week, I am so done! I feel so unmotivated to do anything beyond reading or lounging in bed. And I need to get quite a few other things done, like online courses, work emails and a few projects I am hoping to wrap up. Anyone else gets as easily affected by the weather as I do?
In other news, I managed to finish off Norwegian Wood! This read did not really drag on because I didn’t enjoy the book but rather because of my migraine issues and overall hectic life things. But I felt so accomplished by the time I was done because now I am through my first Murakami novel and I cannot wait to try more! Right now I am reading an e-ARC of Dangerous Ground by Rachel Grant, which I am loving so far. I got through 62% of the book in one day, so that’s a big deal!
Also, I baked chunky chocolate and oat cookies!
I hope you enjoy this week’s Sunday Sum-Up! Have a great week ahead!

Murakami is insanely addictive. I never think twice about picking up his books to read.
I’m starting to see why! I can’t wait to read another one of his novels!
Those cookies look good. I always find I want to bake when the weather is sad.
Yes! I also like how it warms up the house!
